Our Conductor
Paige Graham
Paige Graham is a conductor and soprano from Marquette, Michigan who was chosen as our Musical Director in 2024.
Paige uses thoughtful warm-up exercises and precise rehearsal techniques to help each singer grow in their musicianship skills. She also brings her skills as a singer and voice teacher to address individual vocal technique as well as developing a collective sound ideal. Paige encourages each of us to embrace our artistry as we learn and perform the repertoire.
Paige also conducts the Westfield State University Chorus, teaches voice at Smith College, and teaches middle school general music. From 2021-2024, Paige served as the Assistant Director of Choral Activities at Smith College, where she worked with the Glee Club and Chamber Singers.
In addition to her work with choirs, Paige is an active singer and voice teacher. She performs in faculty recitals at Smith College as well as with local ensembles. She enjoys singing and teaching a wide variety of styles – recent recitals repertoire by Charles Ives, Joni Mitchell, and Jason Robert Brown. Paige’s cross-genre vocal experience significantly impacts her work as a conductor.
Paige holds a bachelor’s degree in voice performance from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in choral conducting from the University of Illinois, where she studied with Drs. Andrew Megill and Andrea Solya.
